The Ascension of the Lord
Acts 1 v 1-11
1 In the first book, Theophilus, I wrote about all that Jesus did and taught from the beginning 2 until the day when he was taken up to heaven, after giving instructions through the Holy Spirit to the apostles whom he had chosen. 3 After his suffering he presented himself alive to them by many convincing proofs, appearing to them during forty days and speaking about the kingdom of God. 4 While staying with them, he ordered them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait there for the promise of the Father. “This,” he said, “is what you have heard from me; 5 for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”
6 So when they had come together, they asked him, “Lord, is this the time when you will restore the kingdom to Israel?” 7 He replied, “It is not for you to know the times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority. 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” 9 When he had said this, as they were watching, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him out of their sight. 10 While he was going and they were gazing up toward heaven, suddenly two men in white robes stood by them. 11 They said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up toward heaven? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven.”

As we celebrate the Feast of the Ascension today 21 May 2020 we begin from tomorrow the Novena to the Holy Spirit in anticipation of the great Feast of Pentecost and the birth of the Church.
Let us pray for a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the World in this time of trial during the Pandemic and pray that we will be open to the power of the Holy Spirit and His fruits and gifts in our lives.
Mary, Bride of the Spirit, pray for us.
Picture
A Picture of a River Flowing from the side of Jesus. On one bank many people were massing in a queue, on the other bank people were Praying singing and Praising God. The Line of people encouraged by Prayer and Praise entered into The Tide of Grace and were immediately cleansed and transformed, they went forth to the other bank where they received a white garment, they all fell on their knees in Wonder Awe and Heartfelt Joy. They Thanked and Praised God for his Great Mercy in sending His Son Jesus To Heal and Cleanse them With His Saving Grace bought and paid for through His Death On The Cross and His Glorious Rising, “None can Come To The Father except Through The Son”.
Mary says:
“My Children, I your Mother Mary exhort you all to pray for each other and your families, but also with great charity for those who have no one to pray for them, especially The Lost Souls. My Children it hurts my Maternal Heart to realise that without your prayers The Lost may be deprived of extra Graces needed to turn to the Love of My Son Jesus and so receive The Life Flowing Mercy and Waters from My Son’s Heart. All things are possible with Prayer. Please remember when My Son Jesus asked Peter to put out his nets once more after fishing all day with no catch, and Peter did as he was asked, he put out his nets and they pulled them in full to overflowing with many fish, well I wish your Heartfelt Prayers and Praises to be the nets to pull towards Jesus Poor Souls Who have no other means within them selves and so need the nets of your prayers to direct them to My Son.
I pray the Blessing of My Son Upon You My Children to strengthen you in your endeavours for My Sons Church and think especially of my Poor Priest Sons whom I continue to cover with my Mantle of Protection.
Mary".
O My Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell. Lead all souls to Heaven, especially those most in need of Thy mercy. Amen.
