Alleluia, alleluia.
God called us through the gospel,
so that we may obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Alleluia.
Gospel: John 2:1-11
‘This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee.’
At that time: There was a wedding at Cana in Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there. Jesus also was invited to the wedding with his disciples. When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to him, ‘They have no wine.’ And Jesus said to her, ‘Woman, what does this have to do with me? My hour has not yet come.’ His mother said to the servants, ‘Do whatever he tells you.’
Now there were six stone water jars there for the Jewish rites of purification, each holding seventy or one hundred litres. Jesus said to the servants, ‘Fill the jars with water.’ And they filled them up to the brim. And he said to them, ‘Now draw some out and take it to the master of the feast.’ So they took it. When the master of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and did not know where it came from (though the servants who had drawn the water knew), the master of the feast called the bridegroom and said to him, ‘Everyone serves the good wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then the poor wine. But you have kept the good wine until now.’
This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory. And his disciples believed in him.
Almighty God,
ruler of all things in heaven and on earth,
listen favourably to the prayer of your people,
and grant us your peace in our day.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God, for ever and ever.
Amen.
Notes from meeting on 13 January 2025
Picture of Blessed Mother
She is holding out Rosary Beads toward all of us!
She exclaims Pray, Pray, Pray.
"My dear little children
I exhort you all to pray for poor sinners in the World who don’t know Jesus, that they would turn from the things they think are important and turn to my Son who is all love and compassion.
I exhort you to pray for your Priests and Holy Church, that by means of the Sacraments and their courage that they would lead the good and all sinners to Holiness.
I Exhort you all to pray for poor sinners in Purgatory especially those who have no one to pray for them.
If you pray from your hearts I will magnify your prayers and my Son will cause His Mercy to flow out on the peoples of this World and flow out to your Holy Churches too. The poor souls in Purgatory will be comforted and elevated and some will go to their heavenly reward.
Prayer for yourselves and families is very necessary in these days, but prayer for others even your enemies shows real love, I am your Mother and the Mother of Jesus, I wish for each of you to try to become like Him who is all Love.
Mary"
1 Timothy 6 v11 -16
11 But, as someone dedicated to God, avoid all that. You must aim to be upright and religious, filled with faith and love, perseverance and gentleness.
12 Fight the good fight of faith and win the eternal life to which you were called and for which you made your noble profession of faith before many witnesses.
13 Now, before God, the source of all life, and before Jesus Christ, who witnessed to his noble profession of faith before Pontius Pilate, I charge you
14 to do all that you have been told, with no faults or failures, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,
15 who at the due time will be revealed by God, the blessed and only Ruler of all, the King of kings and the Lord of lords,
16 who alone is immortal, whose home is in inaccessible light, whom no human being has seen or is able to see: to him be honour and everlasting power. Amen.

The Jubilee Prayer
Father in heaven,
may the faith you have given us
in your son, Jesus Christ, our brother,
and the flame of charity enkindled
in or hearts by the Holy Spirit,
reawaken in us the blessed hope
for the coming of your Kingdom.
May your grace transform us
into tireless cultivators of the seeds of the Gospel.
May those seeds transform from within both humanity and the whole cosmos
in the sure expectation
of a new heaven and a new earth,
when, with the powers of Evil vanquished,
your glory will shine eternally.
May the grace of the Jubilee
reawaken in us, Pilgrims of Hope,
a yearning for the treasures of heaven.
May that same grace spread
the joy and peace of our Redeemer
throughout the earth.
To you our God, eternally blessed,
be glory and praise for ever.
Amen
