‘You are Peter, and I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven.’
At that time: When Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, ‘Who do people say that the Son of Man is?’ And they said, ‘Some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.’ He said to them, ‘But who do you say that I am?’ Simon Peter replied, ‘You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.’ And Jesus answered him, ‘Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.’
Almighty God,
you give us the great joy of devoting this day
to the honour of the apostles Peter and Paul.
Grant that your Church may follow their teaching to the full, because these are the men who first taught us to worship you in Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.
Amen.
Notes from meeting on 23 June

Picture of a walled vineyard, the vines have produced much fruit, they are ready for the harvest!
On the walls of the vineyard are watchmen looking across the expanse beyond the walls. They can see a cloud of dust and remain watchful and one blows his horn!
The dust cloud seems to stop and then it advances toward the blasts from the horn, gradually as it nears many souls can be seen advancing toward the vineyard. Blessed Mother Is leading them.
The watchmen hurry and open the large doors to let them in.
"My dear little children,
These are my dear Son's people bought by His Precious Blood and your cooperation in prayer!
Many will be brought home safe by your prayers, some from your own families!
Persevere my little ones in prayer and sacrifice!
My Son’s Heart melts when I magnify your prayers from My Immaculate Heart!
His Mercy flows more and so we help just as those who bring in the fruit of the vines for harvest.
I lead all to My Son but prayer is needed for those who have known much sorrow and so hardening of heart. Pray for the Holy Spirit to open hearts to receive Him Who is consumed by Love and suffers for Love of them!
I cover you with My Motherly Mantle.

3 His divine power has given us everything needed for life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4 Thus he has given us, through these things, his precious and very great promises, so that through them you may escape from the corruption that is in the world because of lust, and may become participants of the divine nature. 5 For this very reason, you must make every effort to support your faith with goodness, and goodness with knowledge, 6 and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with endurance, and endurance with godliness, 7 and godliness with mutual affection, and mutual affection with love. 8 For if these things are yours and are increasing among you, they keep you from being ineffective and unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For anyone who lacks these things is short-sighted and blind, and is forgetful of the cleansing of past sins. 10 Therefore, brothers and sisters, be all the more eager to confirm your call and election, for if you do this, you will never stumble. 11 For in this way, entry into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be richly provided for you.

We pray in reparation for all offences against the life and dignity of the human person from conception until natural death. Lord have mercy on us!
Pray for our new Pope, Leo XIV, that he may shepherd the Church and proclaim Christ to the World.

Pray for Christine diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. and undergoing chemotherapy.

Pray for Jacob who is 6 years old he has been diagnosed with Perthes disease which affects his ability to walk.

Pray for the conversion of the World.
Lord we continue to pray for Peace in the Middle East, Ukraine and in Israel and Gaza, in Sudan and throughout the World.
Lord we pray for persecuted Christians throughout the World.
Lord we pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on all peoples and nations.
Pray for the Holy Souls in Purgatory may they be granted eternal rest.
Mary, Mother of God, Theotokos, pray for us.
Mary Queen of Peace, pray for us.
Mary, Bride of the Spirit, pray for us.

The human person: image of the Triune God
48. The Church’s Social Doctrine brings us to the very heart of our faith: the mystery of the living God, revealed in Jesus Christ, who, as a communion of Persons — Father, Son and Holy Spirit — is love itself in relationship, expressed in the mutual gift of self and in sharing with the world.[51]As the Council recalled, human persons are called to communion with God and “can fully discover their true selves only in sincere self-giving.”[52]Indeed their deepest vocation is to enter into the Trinitarian dynamic of love received and shared.
49. If the mystery of God as Love is the source of Social Doctrine, we see its most concrete expression in the face of Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Word. By becoming man, the Son of God enters our history and takes on human flesh, bringing with him the love that unites him to the Father and the Holy Spirit. In him, “the mystery of humanity truly becomes clear”[53]because his humanity is completely free, open to others, capable of building healthy and beautiful relationships and committed to the total gift of self. Those who believe in him are engaged in the great work of renewal that began with the mystery of his passion, death and resurrection, and they cooperate in building up the Kingdom of God, learning to embrace all men and women as brothers and sisters, children of one Father. In this way, both the proclamation of the Gospel and Christian life, guided by the action of the Holy Spirit, tend to bring about social consequences in the world.[54]
50. At the heart of the Christian understanding of the human person lies the great biblical affirmation that men and women are created in the image and likeness (cf.Gen1:26-27) of the Triune God. Created for relationship, every human person is planned and willed by God to enter into communion with him, with others and with creation. Human dignity does not depend on a person’s abilities, wealth or position in life, nor on the right or wrong choices made; instead, it is a gift that precedes and transcends each person, endowed by God as an expression of his unfailing love. For this reason, the human person always remains the “way for the Church”[55]and the heart of every authentic path of integral human development.[56]
