I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth,
you have revealed the secrets of the kingdom to little children.

Gospel: Matthew 13:44-52
‘He sells all that he has and buys that field.’
At that time: Jesus said to the crowd: ‘The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up. Then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
‘Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls, who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it.
‘Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was thrown into the sea and gathered fish of every kind. When it was full, men drew it ashore and sat down and sorted the good into vessels but threw away the bad. So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come out and separate the evil from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
‘Have you understood all these things?’ They said to him, ‘Yes.’ And he said to them, ‘Therefore every scribe who has been trained for the kingdom of heaven is like a master of a house, who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old.’
Lord God, protector of those who hope in you, without whom nothing is strong, nothing holy, support us always with your love.
Guide us so to use the good things of this world, that even now we may hold fast to what endures for ever.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.

Notes from meeting on 21 July :
Picture of a flock of sheep with The Shepherd, they are eating rich pasture which the Shepherd has led them too.
A little lamb being adventurous makes his way to the edge of the pasture where wolves are waiting in the bushes, The Shepherd sees this but stays put, the lamb feeling really bold now decides to go in the bushes, at which point Jesus The Shepherd stands up, the little lamb hears the growls of the wolves and try’s to back off but the wolves are circling him.
The little lamb bleats for The Shepherd feeling terror and fear, he knows he should have stayed with flock, Panic is now setting in, and he thinks he is about to be lost, Then the Shepherds Crook immediately pulls him to safety!
Jesus takes him on His Shoulders and carries him to the flock!
"My dear little children,
Every time you pray through My Immaculate Heart and I magnify your prayers, your prayers become the Crook of The Shepherd of My Son Jesus.
Your prayers are helping hearts to reach out and call on Jesus!
He with such unconditional love sets to work saving, healing and loving His beloved children, the sheep and lambs of HIS Flock.
There is no sound equal to My Son’s ears than repentant words and tears, His love and healing overflows bringing about Redemption to the souls who turn to Him.
My little ones keep going even when things seem impossible, I will be with you and all will be well!

Intercessions
I am the salvation of the people, says the Lord. Should they cry to me in any distress, I will hear them, and I will be their Lord for ever...
We pray in reparation for all offences against the life and dignity of the human person from conception until natural death. Lord have mercy on us!
Pray for our new Pope, Leo XIV, that he may shepherd the Church and proclaim Christ to the World.

For respect for human life
Let us pray for the respect and protection of human life in all its stages, recognizing it as a gift from God.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have Mercy on us.
Immaculate Heart of Mary pray for us.
We pray for all who are ill in mind body or spirit and all those in any need or difficulty.
Pray for Christine diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. and undergoing chemotherapy.
Continue to pray for healing for Marcin.
Pray for Dan that he finds employment.
Pray for Rosie
Pray for Pat
Pray for Jacob who is 6 years old he has been diagnosed with Perthes disease which affects his ability to walk.
Pray for upbuilding of Marriage and Family.
Pray for peace in our Country and our communities.
Pray for our young people that they may be protected from the evil one, that they may find a home in the loving Heart of Jesus.
Pray for all in our Parishes who are ill in body, mind or spirit.
Pray for all those we have been asked and have promised to pray for.
Pray for all who are grieving give them strength, consolation and healing.
Pray for our Priests and for vocations to the Priesthood.
Pray for lost souls.
Pray for the conversion of the World.
Lord we continue to pray for Peace in the Middle East, Ukraine and in Israel and Gaza, in Sudan and throughout the World.
Lord we pray for persecuted Christians throughout the World.
Lord we pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on all peoples and nations.
Pray for the Holy Souls in Purgatory may they be granted eternal rest.
Mary, Mother of God, Theotokos, pray for us.
Mary Queen of Peace, pray for us.
Mary, Bride of the Spirit, pray for us.
