Theotokos Prayer Group 2021 Update No 4

 Ephesians 2 v 1 -10

You were dead through the trespasses and sins 2 in which you once lived, following the course of this world, following the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work among those who are disobedient. 3 All of us once lived among them in the passions of our flesh, following the desires of flesh and senses, and we were by nature children of wrath, like everyone else. 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, out of the great love with which he loved us 5 even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— 6 and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 so that in the ages to come he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God— 9 not the result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand to be our way of life.

Our Lady says:
“My  dear children, my child  Mary, it is true was a great sinner but oh she had such faith in her Lord my Son Jesus, such love for my Son Jesus, and even when all seemed lost at His death, she continued to have such hope in her heart, because after her conversion she was always a listening child of God. She whom had once been so far away in sin became through His grace His purified, faithful, loving and ardent follower even unto His death and beyond.
My child Mary became my obedient helper in the time of formation of my Son’s Church, is it any wonder then that it was to her that He showed Himself so that she might go to her brothers and lay before them the truth that my Son Jesus had arisen.
My children now is the time to be pure, attentive, loving and filled with hope. Things seem dark but like my child Mary sit quietly and listen to the words of my Son Jesus, do as He tells you. 

Pray for your brothers and sisters to be converted as my child Mary was,  like her, sinners see their lives without hope, your prayers will make the difference.  Time is moving on and with my help you must trust much, love much and Hope much. The Father in Heaven is all powerful and He listens in Fatherly love, but He is also a God of Justice, and so I your loving Mother ask you to pray, praise and make sacrifice even when you feel agitated or forlorn, I will help you and take you into my Heart giving you protection and comfort for my Maternal Heart is wide open for my dear ones. Do not fear these troubling times, just do all Jesus asks of You. The plan to convert many souls depends on your prayers of love, faith and hope!

Pray for Ash struggling with an addiction.

Pray for healing for Peter with suspected Covid.

Please pray for Andrew Haygarth the boss of a Hartlepool firm and for the company management who have all got COVID. Andrew  is in hospital in a coma.
Pray for healing for him and his team.
He is a lapsed Catholic so we ask God to do a mighty conversion in him. Amen.

Please pray for Jean who is very ill with a chest infection.

Update on Ray and Priscilla. Ray's cancer has spread to his bones. He went to James Cook for radiotherapy and picked up the coronavirus.
On a brighter note his wife will be flying to England and will arrive tomorrow.
Keep up prayers for them both.

Continuing prayer please for Dave, who has liver and colon cancer, with surgery not now possible. Both he and his wife are in need of prayers for God's love, courage and peace through this journey.

Yvonne Noone has asked for further prayers for her niece who is pregnant, her niece has now been told the baby is not moving again, and the doctor is very worried! Please can we all say an extra Hail Mary that this child despite all this worry is born completely healthy. Amen.

For David who has been disappointed over a promised job. Pray he will find a suitable position.

Eileen Pratt whom we have been praying for, died last night, faithfully nursed by her daughters, may God give them comfort, their Mum now in the arms of Jesus! Eileen was a great defender of priests and had a great love of Our Blessed Mother and The Holy Eucharist. May she rest in peace. Amen.

In thanksgiving for Alan Guile and his continued healing ministry over many years. May God continue to support and bless him.

Thanks for the prayers for John who has now had the operation on his hand and all seems to have gone well and is having physiotherapy.

Pray for Clayne's brother David Gates who  was taken into hospital with Covid he is on oxygen.

Pray for Betty McGurk who is in hospital for investigations

Pray for Heather who is struggling with personal problems

Pray for Steve suffering with Long Covid, both he and his wife Christine are suffering from depression.

Pray for Chantelle suffering with depression.

Pray for Pat who has not only cancer but now found out that her terrible back pain is a disk that’s resting on another disc, and they won’t operate.

Pray for our Government, local authorities and the health services as they try to deal with the new upsurge in the Corona Virus. Pray for a speedy end to the Coronavirus pandemic throughout the world, and for all those who have contracted the virus and for those who have died. Pray for a vaccine.

Continue to pray for healing for Dave whose long term walking difficulties are worsening.

Thanks for the prayers for John who is doing well after the operation on his brain tumour. He is continuing with chemotherapy.

Pray for our priests and our parishes.

Pray for the intentions of all members of Theotokos.

Pray for lost souls.

Pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the Church and the World.
