1 Corinthians 15 v 3-4
Well then, in the first place, I taught you what I had been taught myself, namely that Christ died for our sins, in accordance with the scriptures; that he was buried; and that he was raised to life on the third day, in accordance with the scriptures
Picture
Picture of a woman with Jesus in a small boat, the sea is calm and peace is all around.
The woman is in distress because of her many sins, but Jesus calls her to sit next to Him, as she moves forward all her sins seem to be represented by chains and weights which are weighing down the boat, she moves forward and Jesus opens His arms and she rests her head on His Heart, she pours out to Him all her sins and woes, she is weeping but Jesus says “Hush My child, I know already and I feel your true remorse in My Heart, your sins are no more, look can you see them in the boat, do you not feel free now?”
The woman looked and realised that every chain and weight had disappeared into the Ocean of His Love and could not be seen anymore.
“My child you are Mine and I Love you , weep no more, for today you have availed yourself of forgiveness through your heartfelt remorse and all of Heaven rejoices”.
Mary says:
“My dear little ones My Son will never leave you orphans if you turn to Him, for He Is Love and Love conquers all sin”
Mary Mother of Jesus Christ your Saviour.
Lord we praise you for your mercy and forgiveness help us to never forget that we need only turn to you in repentance and our sins are forgiven. You are our Crucified and Risen Lord lead us to Eternal Life with You, the Father and the Spirit. Amen.
